~About St Clement's~

Ordinary Time
Third Sunday of Advent
Brothers and Sisters,
This Sunday the Church continues its remembrance of those who foretold the coming of the Messiah, Jesus Christ. This week, John the Baptist.
The “voice crying out in the wilderness”, John’s prophetic role was to call the people to repentance; to prepare the way of the Lord.
Let us not lose sight of the purpose of Advent. As we prepare for the joyful celebration of Christmas, let us also prepare ourselves – in mind, body and spirit – to meet with our Lord once more and welcome him into our hearts anew.

Every blessing,
