Mothers' Union Meeting

Mothers’ Union is a women-led, international Christian movement dedicated to ending poverty, violence and social injustice in communities in the UK and around the world.

Rooted in kindness, faith and compassionate action, Mothers' Union strives to create a better future where everyone has the opportunity and resources to thrive.

The Mothers' Union at St Clement's is a welcoming gathering for women from across the parish and beyond. This group is taking a break in August, and will next meet on 29th September.

Our regular meetings are a chance to step away from the demands of daily life for a little while, share a cup of tea, and spend some time in good company with other women who understand what it means to care. Whether you're a mum with children who are tiny, in school or flown the nest, a busy aunt or a woman who cares, you will find friends here who get it.

The group offers fellowship, mutual support, and the precious gift of making a difference. We pray for one another, share what is on our minds, and lend a hand where we can. There is no need to be a regular churchgoer or to sign up to anything formal: if you are a mother, aunt, sister, friend and you would like a bit of company, encouragement, or just a quiet hour with kindred spirits, you are very welcome to come along.
